I have witnessed the effects of HAARP and MK ultra as well as the http://www.intelsat.com satellites on the human being. It is beyond horrible what the DoD/NSA has done to America and the world. Millions are dead since 2001 from MK ultra mind control and infared interface to the human brain from satellites in space.
