A JOINT RESOLUTION OF THE U.S. SENATE & HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

To appoint an Independent Prosecutor under the authority of Article III(3) of the U.S. Constitution to prosecute Treason against these United States of America by U.S. President George W. Bush, U.S. Vice President Richard Cheney, U.S. Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld and other John and Jane Does for planning and carrying out the acts of treason, as defined in Article III(3) of the U.S. Constitution, by conspiring to carry out, carrying out and/or causing to be carried out an armed attack upon these United States on September 11, 2001, in the guise of a strategic deception operation.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

WHEREAS, U.S. President George W. Bush, U.S. Vice President Richard Cheney, U.S. Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld and other John and Jane Does planned and carryied out acts of treason, as defined in Article III(3) of the U.S. Constitution, by conspiring to carry out, carrying out and/or causing to be carried out an armed attack upon these United States on September 11, 2001, in the guise of a strategic deception operation; and

WHEREAS, the goals of the strategic deception operation of September 11, 2001 included providing a pretext for the unilateral abrogation of the ABM Treaty (announced by U.S. President George W. Bush on June 13, 2002) and for the weaponization of space; for the abrogation of fundamental rights guaranteed by the Bill of Rights in the U.S. Constitution; and for the launching of illegal wars of aggression in violation of international law and the Charter of the United Nations. 

WHEREAS, There is a sufficient legal threshold of evidence to issue an indictment for the crime of Treason against these individuals under the US Constitution, which in Article III(3) provides:  "Sect. 3. Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on open confession in open court."

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the `The SEPTEMBER 11, 2001 TREASON Independent Prosecutor Act'.

SEC. 2. REAFFIRMATION OF CONSTITUTIONAL PROHIBITION AGAINST TREASON AGAINST THESE UNITED STATES.
Congress reaffirms the prohibition under the US Constitution, which in Article III(3) provides:  "Sect. 3. Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on open confession in open court."

SEC. 3. APPOINTMENT AND FUNDING OF A SEPTEMBER 11, 2001 INDEPENDENT PROSECUTOR
Congress hereby appoints and fully funds an Independent Prosecutor under the authority of Article III(3) of the U.S. Constitution to prosecute Treason against these United States of America by George Walker Bush, Richard Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld and Richard B. Myers and other John and Jane Does for planning and carrying out the acts of treason, as defined in Article III(3) of the U.S. Constitution, by conspiring to carry out, carrying out and/or causing to be carried out an armed attack upon these United States on September 11, 2001, in the guise of a strategic deception operation.

SEC. 4. REPORTS
The SEPTEMBER 11, 2001 TREASON Independent Prosecutor shall submit public progress reports to the Congress every 90 days.

Well, now this is an interesting thread, but I think the *presence* of a group does *not* prove they are the manipulators. It leaves open the possibility that the Israelis are being used, maybe even jawboned.

I admit I was surprised that the aircraft maintenance company that services some of the craft used in 9-11 was an Israeli outfit, and that Israeli companies provide major messaging services. But consider this. The Israelis have been much too compliant in the last ten years or so for us to conclude that they are the manipulators.

The zionism-scare may be the real red herring here, the one *planted* to discredit the genuine legal brainstorming going on online, transparent and vulnerable to the PC charge of crackpot-ism.

Take for example the fact that the Israelis recently pulled their forces and settlers out of the occupied zone. This was not political opportunism. This was taking a huge political risk. Why would they do that?

Second major indication, in my book, is the way they were asked to stand down in Gulf I. And did!!! Can you even imagine Americans sitting passively while war went on just outside our borders with the very real threat of biological and missile warfare dropping into our midst, not just once but more often, each of us carrying our gasmask around day after day?

I think you're off the mark but I value the heads-up on a thread we may be overlooking. It's all part of internet brainstorming, applied to a major effort in legal research that the establishment -- the govt, the corporations, and those with the resources to hire a front, and all their shills -- are studiously sweeping under the rug while we reel from the criminal effects of their various roles in 9-11.

I can't see the Israelis working directly with the Osama's and his relatives, but I certainly can see the Bushites doing it.

We still have some major missing puzzle pieces to fill in, and if we fail to talk to the Israelis in order to avoid looking anti-zion we may be losing an important opportunity.

As for the benefit to Israel of our fighting 'their wars', consider how our effort has stirred up even more sympathy for terrorists. And even added impetus to a genuine nuclear force on the Israeli doorstep, namely Iran, one run by a theocracy, hardly compatible with Israel. I see no benefit to implicate Israel. No Cigar, Able Dagger, on that one either.

But let's not ignore the Israeli card.
