According to Independent Scientist Leuren Moret and Alfred Webre, 9/11 was a False Flag Operation to provide a pretext to engage in Genocidal & Ecocidal Depleted Uranium (DU) bombing of Central Asia (Afghanistan and Iraq) in order to secure vast oil and uranium reserves; to roll out a Terror-based National Security state-system world-wide; to implement the final stages of a world Depopulation policy; and to trigger a World War III conflagration.

U.S. Congress fails to Act

The establishment of an International Citizen's 9/11 War Crimes Tribunal is justified, given that official institutions in the U.S. have failed to assign legal accountability for the False Flag Operation of 9/11.  Representative John Conyers, Jr., Chairman of the U.S. House of Representatives Judiciary Committee and his senior staff personally reviewed the 9/11 Independent Prosecutor Act and Congressional Memorandum following the 2006 U.S. Mid-term Election and Senior Staff met twice with representatives of the 9/11 Independent Prosecutor Act.  The Chairman refused to introduce the Act, despite support for the Act by his Senior Staff.  The 9/11 Commission failed to take testimony under oath from Bush and Cheney, and reached fraudulent conclusions.

9/11 As A War Crime

The False Flag Operation of 9/11 was the pretext for, and an integral part of the planning and execution of the illegal War of Aggression in 2001 against Afghanistan and of War Crimes committed by the United States in Afghanistan, as found by the Final Judgment, International Criminal Tribunal for Afghanistan at Tokyo. The Court found the use of Depleted Uranium (DU) weapons in Afghanistan to constitute War Crimes, Genocide, Crimes Against Humanity, and Omnicide.  The False Flag Operation of 9/11 is a legal component of these War Crimes, and the perpetrators of 9/11 are guilty Aggressive War, Genocide, Crimes Against Humanity, and War Crimes.

There's only one important question concerning the attacks, did the US gov't allow/participate in 9/11?

By "International Citizens War Crimes Tribunal" you mean a group of people with no legal authority who act out show trials, correct?

So, what's the point of a "public call" for such a trial? If you want to hold mock trials, just rent a conference room and a video camera and do it. You don't need anyone's permission. Just go ahead and do it, if you want to. (Forcing the "defendants" to actually appear will probably not be possible without committing false arrest, kidnapping, assault, violation of sovereignty, treason, etc. However, it's easy enough to make stand-up cardboard cutouts of the accused to put at the defendants' table -- once you've all resolved among yourselves the little question of just whom to accuse and what charges to press, that is. On low-res YouTube videos you'll hardly be able to see the difference.)

Just remember, even in a show trial, it helps your case if you present evidencee.

People would be more willing and less fearful of adopting the views of 911 Truth activists if they felt they were calling for forgiveness rather than retribution and punishment.

The peace movement should call for granting amnesty from prosecution and guarantee of an ample, lifetime pension to anyone who agrees to testify on their roles in the events of 9/11, extending this offer to any members of the US government, foreign governments and/or terrorist groups involved in the planning or execution of the attacks of that day.

Additionally, individuals should step forward and volunteer to spend time working with those who give testimony on crimes they have committed so that they might be reintegrated into society.

Instead of executing Nazi war criminals we should have devoted all the human resources available to us to rehabilitating them, awakening in them awareness of the nature of their actions so that they could have come to understand that they must make amends. If they had remained alive they would have been a living testament to the transformative powers of forgiveness.

Historians and psychologists especially should come out in favor of preserving invaluable study material in the form of the opportunity to converse with the authors of unfortunate historical deeds.

A declaration of willingness to forgive would force the government's hand. If it were to arrest or make attempts to discredit someone calling for 911 truth plus forgiveness, that would be a tacit acknowledgement by the government of its complicity in the 9/11 attacks. Imagine the impact of footage on YouTube of police arresting demonstrators carrying signs reading: "I forgive you George Bush for 9/11 . Perhaps even the passively complicit mainstream media could be convinced to show someone carrying a sign calling for amnesty for the perpetrators of 9/11.

If we consider ourselves morally superior to the government, we should propose actions and attitudes that are more humanitarian with respect to them than their actions have been with respect to us.

I strongly suspect that the white apartheid government in South Africa did not agree to fair elections until assured that they would not be executed or imprisoned by the black majority government when it came to power.
